Gram Tarang has set up an organization structure based on the following model:
Every Bank Mitra appointed at the village is provided with a Device comprising of Biometric Scanner Printer and a PIN pad to open no-frills accounts and to provide plethora of banking services.
Each Area Supervisor (AS) will manage 30-40 villages based on the topography of the area.
Area Manager (AM) will be responsible for the functioning of district including liaisoning with banks and government. AM along with supervisors will have to address technical issues.
The AS and AM will closely monitor performance of each Bank Mitra enabled by centrally generated reports and ensure that the data is submitted to the partner Bank on regular basis.
