Operation Management



Gram Tarang has set up an organization structure based on the following model:

    


  • District Manager (DM) will be responsible for the functioning of district including liaisoning with banks and government. DM along with a technical resource from TSP, ATYATI Technologies will have to address technical issues.


  • Each Area Manager (AM) will manage 30-40 villages based on the topography of the area.


  • The AMs and DM will closely monitor performance of each BCA enabled by centrally generated reports and ensure that the data is submitted to the TSP on regular basis.


  • Every BCA appointed at the village level is provided with a Laptop, Biometric Device, Smart Card reader, a billing machine to open no-frills accounts and to provide plethora of banking services.
